29th March 2023: Kazakhstan: A government decree coming into force on 7th April, amending the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors subject to control, specifies that any cannabis plant containing THC, either dried or non-dried, is regarded as a narcotic and banned from medical use.
